Will we be charged sales tax on our orders?

It depends where your order is being shipped to.
If we are shipping outside of Washington State, no sales tax will be added to your invoice. If shipping to an address within Washington State, the appropriate sales tax will be charged. Sales tax will not be charged if the client holds and provides us with a valid resale certificate.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
COD’s: Company checks and verified funds.
Prepaid: Company check, verified funds, and wire transfer.
Net 15 on commercial accounts: Requires signed credit application, Terms and Conditions statement, and approval from our credit department.

Will Diversified Systems ship to an international address?

Absolutely. We have freight carriers that give us competitive rates to most foreign destinations. Contact us for a rate quote. Recipient is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
